Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Products

What certificates do you have?

CE, ISO at least, some of the products have FDA, we will send copies of relevant documents with the shipment according to the customs clearance requirements or market policies of each country.

How long does it take to ship?

We will basically ship your order within three working days of receiving the order information, most of the equipment need to change the power supply voltage and plug according to the destination country.

What is the installation, training and after-sales service for the products?

We will send the product manual with the goods, or the operation video disc, or later send the operation video, at the same time, our engineers can also be online training, most of the products can be free of charge to guide the repair and replacement of spare parts within one year of non-human damage. We also have co-operative engineers in some countries, they can help to deal with the above matters.
